The Institute of Travel and Tourism has changed the date of its September conference after confirming it will take place on MSC Cruises’ new ship MSC Virtuosa.
As previously reported by Travel Gossip, the ITT has had to cancel plans to hold the event in Istanbul because Turkey is currently on the red list.
The date of the conference has been changed from 21-23 September to 11-14 September.
MSC Virtuosa is based in Southampton and is operating UK cruises.
All delegates will have had to have been fully vaccinated at least two weeks before joining the ship.
ITT Chairman Steven Freudmann said the institute plans to hold next year’s conference in Istanbul.
