Travelpack Regional Sales Manager Lisa Harkness has taken a new job with the operator.

She has become Quality Control Manager in Travelpack’s holidays department.

She said: “I’m thrilled to be starting my new position within the company and playing a vital role in training and developing our reservation team. Customer service is at the heart of everything I do for this company and it’s great to be able to play to my strengths.

“This does not mean I am not there for my agents now – far from it! It means I can be more hands on with our hard-working res team to ensure we provide quality service, quotes and advice at all times.

“Being on top of our game is something we pride ourselves on and I’m blessed to be a part of it.”

Lisa returned to Travelpack two years ago after being made redundant during the pandemic.
