Jet2holidays has added the Bulgarian resort of Sozopol for this summer.

The operator has put a selection of three- and four-star hotels on sale, with board options ranging from bed and breakfast to all-inclusive.

Sozopol is popular for its Old Town, two local beaches called Central Beach and Harmanite Beach, and a nearby wild beach at Dyuni.

It’s also close to the Ropotamo Nature Reserve and Blatoto Alepu National Park for nature lovers, as well as the family-friendly waterpark Neptun Aqua Park.

The nearest airport, Bourgas, is served from nine Jet2 bases, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle.
