JG Travel Group has expanded its range of coach tours that include a cruise on the Paddle Steamer Waverley.
The Paddle Steamer Waverley is the world’s last seagoing, passenger-carrying paddle steamer, which has been recently restored.
For 2024, a new option to north Wales has been added on two dates in June. Customers will be able to view Great Orme, the prominent limescale headland, as well as the Puffin Island bird sanctuary, Liverpool and Llandudno.
Two popular tours from last year will return in October, offering the chance to pass underneath Tower Bridge in London, which will open up to let the paddle steamer sail through. Morning and evening sailing options are available as part of a two-day tour.
All breaks are available for agents to book either through Just Go! Holidays or National Holidays.
The new ‘Paddle Steamer Waverley, Llandudno and Liverpool’ three-day coach break costs from £259 per person. It departs 23 or 24 June 2024 and includes return coach travel from selected pickup points in England, two nights’ accommodation with breakfast and dinner, afternoon sailing on Paddle Steamer Waverley and visits to Llandudno and Liverpool.
The tour that includes the Tower Bridge will depart on 12 or 13 October, priced from £199pp.
