TUI has added North Macedonia to its Lakes and Mountains programme for this summer.

It says the country between the Balkans and the Mediterranean is ‘home to tranquil lakes, wildlife-filled national parks and age-old towns packed with history’.

North Macedonia holidays are available for travel between 15 June and 17 September with prices starting from less than £550 per person.

Seven-night packages are centred around Lake Ohrid and flights are on Wizz Air from Luton.
