Limitless Travel has appointed Danny Smith to the new role of Customer Experience Manager as part of an expansion of its sales team.

He previously spent four months as Sales Manager at Octopus Energy.

 “Having worked in a wide variety of customer-facing organisations over the years, the chance to work in a business that feels meaningful and has a significant human purpose felt right for where I want my professional career to go,” said Danny.

“Having been a volunteer for the RAF Association for nearly six years, helping and supporting elderly veterans, the satisfaction and pride I get from this matches some of my biggest work-related successes. 

“Working at Limitless, I get to combine that same feeling with my 20-plus years’ experience in delivering quality service on a daily basis meaning I feel personally fulfilled, I am challenged daily and I help bring smiles to people’s faces.”
