Typically Holidays has brought in a new member of the team as part of the tailor-made specialist’s expansion plans.

Gemma Lazenby joins as an ad-hoc advisor and consultant, working alongside Managing Director Daniele Broccoli on new projects and the development of the business.

She has worked in the travel industry for 25 years, including for Classic Collection Holidays.

Daniele said: “Gemma will be a great addition to our team and I look forward to working with her on some new and exciting developments, both in our head office and with our network of travel agents, many of whom will know her well.

“Mariam Sajjad and Tony Byrne will continue to support agents in their current roles and in addition we are looking to expand our reservation and admin teams.

“We are seeing an increase in new agents using our product and services for the first time and our loyal agent base is getting behind us in increasing numbers, which has prompted this expansion of the business.”
