Following the announcement of Thailand’s phased reopening to international tourism, luxury boutique residence, The Sarojin, in Khao Lak will host a virtual FAM trip on Wednesday 5th May from 11am – 12 noon (GMT) for the UK travel trade.
The event will begin with an introduction from UK Sales Representative, Debbie Haw, followed by a resort overview and update of the current situation in Thailand from the property’s owner, Kate Kemp. Resident Manager, Mr. Kasithadej Preechanond (Kade) and Sales Manager, Ms. Kanchanida Tansup (Naa) will then host a live tour of The Sarojin showcasing its spacious tropical gardens, luxurious infinity pool, secluded white sand beach, lobby and a selection of the resort’s 56 deluxe private residences. Attendees will also learn more about The Sarojin’s spa, tailor-made excursions and F&B offering – including a unique collection of private dining experiences. There will be an opportunity for Q&As at the end.
Commenting on the plans, Kate said: “We can’t wait to virtually welcome the UK’s travel trade to The Sarojin for this very special event. Our team has been working hard throughout the pandemic to maintain the resort and whilst we have additional safely measures in place, the look, feel and ambiance of The Sarojin remains the same – a luxurious retreat that offers privacy, serenity and space which attendees will be able to experience a taste of during the live tour. Since reopening our doors in February, we’ve been delighted to see guests returning and hope to welcome travellers from the UK later this year.”
Nestled within ten acres of tropical grounds that lead directly onto the beachfront, The Sarojin is surrounded by five spectacular national parks and is within easy reach of the world-famous dive sites of the Similan and Surin Islands. A 55-minute drive north from Phuket Airport, the five-star resort is located within the province of Phang Nga which, under Thailand’s current plans for a phased return to quarantine-free travel, will see fully vaccinated international visitors gain access to the region without restriction from 1st October 2021.
The virtual FAM trip is open to all UK travel trade representatives, but attendees must sign up at least 48 hours before the event. A recording will also be available for those that cannot attend. For further details, contact Debbie Haw on: firstname.lastname@example.org
