The Personal Travel Agents, the homeworking division of Midcounties Co-operative, has appointed three new board members.
They are travel agents Linda Reynolds, Carol Novelli and Dave Russo.
The board meets with The Personal Travel Agents’ senior management team four times a year to discuss new ideas, share best practices, and to sanction key decisions within the homeworking business.
It represents more than 170 self-employed agents who run their businesses in partnership with Your Co-op.
Each PTA’s term on the board runs for two years, with Ms Reynolds, Ms Novelli and Mr Russo joining existing board members Susanne Wren and Anna Howard, who are currently mid-way through their terms.
This will be Ms Novelli’s second stint on the Homeworker Board. She said: “I sat on Homeworker Board four years ago and felt like I really did help to make a difference, so I took the opportunity to apply again.
“It gives me a real sense of achievement to know that my fellow PTA’s have elected me, and I will do my best to support their views over the next two years.”
