British Airways will reinstate its non-stop service from London Heathrow to Pittsburgh next summer.

The service will operate four times a week on a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner from 3 June.  Fares start at £440 return.

Earlier this year, VisitPITTSBURGH launched a new marketing campaign to welcome back international visitors and to showcase its unique experiences, events and attractions.

The ‘Only in Pittsburgh’ campaign focuses on cultural, culinary and sporting activities that are unique to the ‘City of Bridges’.

In 2022, Pittsburgh will welcome several new openings, including The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, with 219 guest rooms.

Also on 3 June, BA will launch a new five-times-a-week service to Portland in the US. It will also be operated by a Dreamliner, with fares starting at £499 return.
