About the tour

Let’s take a stroll down Hollywood Blvd, the most famous sidewalk in the world and meet the “stars!” Your guide Linda will begin the tour at the La Brea Gateway, a sculpture by Catherine Hardwick that pays homage to legendary women of Hollywood. As you travel down the boulevard you’ll get to catch glimpses of old Hollywood alongside today’s current scene. Grand movie palaces, restaurants, and other architectural sites will be highlighted and the history behind them as well. Learn about Hollywood’s golden era through stories from the Roosevelt Hotel, Grauman’s Chinese Theater, CC Brown’s Ice Cream, Max Factor’s legendary makeup studio and Musso & Frank’s iconic restaurant where our tour will end.

What to expect

Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to Los Angeles with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and amazing guide.
The tour will last about 30 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from Los Angeles. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to interact with your guide through our live chat. You can use it to ask questions, chat to co-travellers and make comments (oohs, aahhs, ❤️, 👌 and 😂 are all encouraged).
