Brand USA’s RoadTrips USA campaign is back, once again providing agents with the knowledge and resources they need to confidently sell self-drive holidays in the United States.

Run in conjunction with Travel Gossip and Gold Medal, this year’s campaign has two exciting elements giving agents the chance to win cash prizes and a trip to the US.

Starting from 3 May, Travel Gossip will run monthly features to give agents information and ideas about different road trip options they can suggest to clients.

Called Agents on the Open Road: RoadTrips USA Edition, the features will run on the first Friday of every month, until October. Each new feature will cover a different itinerary suggestion, with must-see experiences coupled with insight, hints and tips from travel agents who have taken a similar road trip themselves.

Each feature will end with a quiz question about that month’s itinerary. Agents who answer the questions correctly will have the chance to win a £50 One4All voucher and entered into a grand prize draw for a £5,000 voucher for their own chance to experience the open road in the US – or any 2025 Gold Medal package holiday.

Travel Gossip readers can learn from these agents’ first hand-experiences, and are encouraged to visit the  RoadTrips USA section on the Brand USA travel trade website for great itineraries that can help them sell USA road trips with confidence and get closer to winning the grand prize.

Brand USA is also offering travel agents an opportunity to learn more about epic roads trips and win one of three cash prizes through a fun, interactive online game called RoadTrips USA Rally Challenge.

The game will launch on 4 July in celebration of Independence Day and will run for six weeks. Participating agents will have to drive through the beautiful and changing landscapes of the USA, while avoiding obstacles, and collect coins during the journey.

The three agents that hold their place at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the six weeks will win a first prize of £150, second prize of £100 and third prize of £50.
