Korean Air is rewarding agents who attend its online training programme next week with a £10 e-gift card.
The online training has been developed especially for the UK travel trade and will be particularly relevant for sales, reservations and ticketing staff. The training will offer details and specifics of booking processes and answer frequently asked questions.
Agents will hear about Korean Air product updates including updates on the Korean Air fleet, routes, the in-flight services, cabin classes, Skypass member benefits and other sales tools to drive direct sales.
Sales Representative Rohan Soni said: “Our training will cover key updates on our product; the fleet, the in-flight offerings, key routes and more. Agents that attend our upcoming training will be experts on all things Korean Air and will be given the confidence to successfully sell Korean Air.”
