Blue Diamond Resorts is inviting agents to update their product knowledge on Royalton Resorts and Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts with dedicated training sessions.

During July and August the sales team will be on hand to give small group ‘lunch and learn’ training to agents with 30-minute updates.

The sessions can be face-to-face or remote, and will include selling tips, current offers, discounts and incentives.

Business Development Manager Luke Swarbrook said: “Blue Diamond has such a variety of product that it offers true sales versatility with numerous opportunities to sell to clients with quite different holiday needs. These training sessions will tap into that, offering clear guidance for agents that are new to us and, of course, those simply looking for our most recent updates.”
