Royal Caribbean has launched a new loyalty programme, giving agents the chance to earn up to £500 per booking.
The new scheme, called Upper Deck, will launch on 3 September and will be available on the cruise line’s Club Royal platform.
Agents will earn £15 for each cruise booking worth £2,000 or more, £30 for each booking of £5,000 or more, £60 for £10,000 or more, £150 for £25,000 or more and £500 for bookings of £50,000 or more.
Senior Sales Director for UK and Ireland Aaron Langford said: “Travel partners are a cornerstone of Royal Caribbean, and we have listened to their feedback to reimagine how they are rewarded by incentivising their efforts in securing higher-value bookings.”
Rewards will be put on a prepaid digital Mastercard after the booking has been confirmed. Agents who book their own holidays with Royal Caribbean will receive £100 onto their Mastercard to spend where they like.
Royal Caribbean has also introduced the Upper Deck 100 for agents who achieve more than £100,000 total revenue in Royal Caribbean holidays within a year. Benefits include perks such as invitations to preview new ships and ship visits with their family.
To celebrate to launch of Upper Deck, Royal Caribbean will invite 12 agents with the highest value bookings made between 3 September and 1 October on a five-night sailing from Miami to the Bahamas on Independence of the Seas on 11 November.
