Cunard is offering agents the chance to be one of the very first people to step aboard its newest ship, Queen Anne.

To mark the six-month countdown to the 3,000-passenger ship’s maiden voyage, two agent places have been reserved on an exclusive shipyard tour at the Fincantieri Marghera shipyard in October.

Agents will get a guided behind-the-scenes tour, the chance to meet some of the team working on Queen Anne, and enjoy some spare time in Venice.

The trip starts on 4 October, when guests fly from Gatwick to Venice, where they’ll have some spare time to enjoy the city before joining a hosted dinner.

The shipyard visit will take place the next day, before guests catch their return flight.

Cunard Director of UK Sales Tom Mahoney said: “As the pioneers of luxury ocean travel, everyone here at Cunard is hugely excited to be launching our newest ship Queen Anne in May 2024.

“We are always looking at ways to give our valued travel agent partners unforgettable experiences – especially ones that provide a unique glimpse into the Cunard brand – and so giving two agents the chance to visit the Fincantieri shipyard, hear from Queen Anne’s Captain, Inger Thorhauge, and learn more about how we are extending the Cunard Line for future generations, is something really special.”

To enter, agents need to confirm on Shine Rewards Club that they’re available on 4 and 5 October,  then answer a question about Queen Anne.

Entries must be in by midnight on 4 August, after which the winner will be chosen at random and notified within seven days.
