Solmar Villas will launch its biggest-ever TV advertising campaign on Boxing Day.
The supplier, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024, has invested £1million in an exclusive partnership with Channel 4.
The ads will show during breaks in popular shows such as Gogglebox, The Great Pottery Throwdown and The Last Leg.
Solmar Sales and Marketing Director Sharon Bradbury said: “This is a huge investment by Solmar and by far the biggest TV campaign we have ever run.
“It forms part of a wider strategy and investment to establish Solmar as a household name in 2024 and people’s number one go-to villa company for all their holidays whether it be winter sun, summer sun, family fun or a holiday of a lifetime that they’re after.
“The whole team is excited to see Solmar featured on national television and we’ve secured some terrific spots at prime viewing times.
“January is always our busiest month of the year with people planning their getaways for the new year and we look forward to supporting our existing agents and of course new ones.”
The company has acquired more than 450 villas as a result of the recent closure of the James Villas brand and is set to start the 2024 holiday season with more than 2,000 properties in its European and US portfolio.
Villas on the Ionian coast, Kos, Ibiza and the Peloponnese have all been added as new destinations this year and the company has plans to expand this portfolio further over the next 12 months.
To celebrate its 30th year, Solmar has launched an incentive for travel agents to win one of three Solmar Villa vouchers, worth £750, £500 or £250 in a prize draw. The offer applies to bookings made between 1-29 January 2023 by a registered travel agent.
