Seabourn has unveiled a variety of dining options on its second expedition ship, Seabourn Pursuit.
All options are included in the fare, and guests can dine when, where and with whom they like.
Premium spirits, wine and other beverages are also complimentary.
Seabourn Pursuit has a main fine dining restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; The Colonade, offers a more casual alternative for buffet or table service at breakfast and lunch plus a themed, table-service dinner; The Patio offers al fresco lunches; and Sushi in The Club is available in the evenings.
There will also be Earth & Ocean on select nights in The Colonade, when chefs will create an array of ‘inventive dishes’ from around the world, and pastries sandwiches and ice cream will be served in the Seabourn Square café.
In the Pantry in the Bow Lounge, guests will be able to snack on light refreshments, and in the Constellation Lounge there will be early morning pastries and afternoon tea.
The ship will also offer 24-hour in-suite dining from a new menu, or have dinner from The Restaurant menu served course by course in their suite or on their veranda.
