Hyatt has launched a new agent training and marketing platform for its Inclusive Collection.
The platform – called Confidant Collective – features what Hyatt calls ‘best-in-class-tools’ with learning modules, latest news and promotions, as well as marketing assets for agents to use.
A rewards programme is also set to launch on the site soon.
Anyone who completes the 10 training modules will become a Certified Confidant and will be entitled to exclusive agent rates.
The Inclusive Collection comprises 10 Hyatt brands: Secrets, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoetry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.
