Small-ship operator Cruise Croatia has launched a dedicated yacht charter division following a 256% rise in bookings year on year.

The company, which is part of the the Unforgettable Travel Group, is now offering seven-night charter itineraries to destinations such as Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Korcula and Vis.

Passengers can choose yachts carrying from 12 to 36 guests.

Prices for seven-night charters on the mega yacht vessels start from £2,750, and on the smaller yachts they start from £3,900.

Graham Carter, co-founder of Cruise Croatia, said: “More and more guests are looking to enjoy an exclusive sailing experience with friends or family.

“These charters also offer fantastic value. Croatia is one of the most affordable locations for private yachts, with a lower price tag compared to other parts of Europe or the Caribbean,” he said.

A section dedicated to yacht charter sailings will launch on the company’s cruisecroatia.com website by April, it added.
