Celebrity Apex has started her European season from Southampton, setting sail on an eight-night Norwegian Fjords cruise, including calls at Bruges in Belgium plus Geiranger and Krisitansand in Norway.

The second Edge Series ship, will cruise from Southampton until October, offering a variety of four- to 13-night sailings, including the 12-night Norwegian Fjords and Arctic Circle cruise.

“We’re bringing one of our most innovative ships, Celebrity Apex, to Southampton, providing guests the opportunity to sail in style directly from the UK,” said Celebrity President Laura Hodges Bethge. “It’s an exciting time as we elevate cruising from the region, enabling our guests to explore and restore with premium facilities, elevated food and drink experiences, and exciting activities and entertainment.”   

Distinctive features of Celebrity Apex  include a cantilevered multi-purpose venue The Magic Carpet; The Retreat, which has a private restaurant, Luminae, lounge area and sundeck; expanded Infinite Veranda staterooms; and two-story Edge Villas, each with their own private terrace and plunge pool.
