UK operator Caledonian Leisure has acquired Liberty’s Hotel in Blackpool for an undisclosed sum.
The 67-bedroom hotel will be rebranded as The Caledonian Tower Hotel and it becomes the second owned hotel to join The Caledonian Collection.
Earlier this year the company took ownership of the Claymore Hotel in Arrochar, Scotland.
Caledonian Leisure’s Managing Director Graham Rogers said: “The hotel is renowned as one of Blackpool’s best-known entertainment venues, and we will continue to offer entertainment every night as well as high standards of accommodation and hospitality.
“We look forward to offering a variety of packages to The Caledonian Tower Hotel through our own brand channels and established network of travel agents.”
