Audley Travel has added Ibiza, Menorca, Majorca and Corfu to its tailor-made programme, which include bespoke itinerary options.

In Majorca, clients can take traditional cooking classes, visit a family-run winery in the Tramuntana Mountain range, and stay at the Belmond La Residencia in Deja.

Other highlights include visiting the medieval old town, Dalt Vila (pictured) in Ibiza; exploring Menorca in an open-topped Land Rover Discovery and preparing specialist Corfiot recipes, with influence of France and Italy, in the home of a local family on Corfu.
