Audley Travel has expanded its 2024 programme with new experiences and properties in Australia and Asia.
The tour operator has added luxury safari-style tents at Metung Hot Springs in the East Gippsland Region of Victoria, an area which Audley says is new to clients and can be included in a Melbourne to Sydney self-drive holiday.
The accommodation includes private bathing barrels overlooking the lagoon and hot springs.
Audley has also increased its portfolio of options for wildlife and safari trips in Borneo. The operator is now offering customers the chance to stay at the 12-room Tabin Rainforest Lodge, situated in the Virgin Jungle Reserve of Sungai Kapur.
Travellers can take part in river cruises, night walks and safari drives. The conservation area is home to endemic species including the proboscis monkey, Bornean orangutan, sun bear, Bornean ground cuckoo and the helmeted hornbill.
Other new Asian properties for 2024 include Garrya Bianti, a new Banyan Tree property in Java, and Isla Cabana Resort on Siargao Island in the Philippines.
