Jet2.com has received its highest customer score to date from consumers taking part in a Which? survey to assess the best and worst airlines.

The carrier is the only short-haul airline to receive the Which? Recommended Provider status and received its highest customer score so far – despite the pandemic.

The results are from the Which? annual Best and Worst Airlines survey, based on the experiences of over 1,300 customers who have flown in the past two years.

The carrier scored 84% satisfaction rate from customers whose flights were disrupted by COVID, and nine in 10 received a full refund.

Which? said: “Even now when you book a flight, Jet2’s flexibility policy is one of the best, allowing fee-free changes for most pandemic-related disruption, including lockdowns, quarantines and changing FCDO advice.

“No wonder one reader told us ‘the pandemic has seen Jet2 shine. Its standard of customer care exceeds that of any other low-cost airline’.”
