European river cruise operator VIVA is launching a new, all-inclusive boutique line, VIVA Boutique, starting with sailings on the Seine in 2026.

It is revamping a ship from the Scylla shipping company’s fleet, which will be renamed VIVA BEYOND and become the first ship in the VIVA Boutique fleet.

With capacity for 116 guests, VIVA BEYOND will have three restaurants, a ‘spacious’ sun deck, and a spa treatment area, plus ‘state-of-the-art’ fitness equipment.

It will also have more suites than any other ship in the VIVA fleet, with guests able to choose from 12 suites, four junior suites and, for the first time, 10 master suites.

Guests staying in a master suite will receive additional benefits, including breakfast in their cabins, seasonal delicacies, and a personal aperitif with the captain and hotel manager, accompanied by champagne and canapés. They will also receive the best tables in the restaurants and an exclusive shore excursion, included in the price.

VIVA BEYOND’S maiden voyage will be an eight-day round-trip cruise from Paris via Normandy to the Atlantic coast in May 2026.

Guests will also be able to choose tours dedicated to three main themes: Impressionism, culture and lifestyle, and culinary. All guests on the debut sailing will receive two shore excursions on the theme of Impressionism included in the price.
