TUI’s biggest Lapland programme to date gets underway on Wednesday, when the first of more than 28,000 Brits who’ve booked with the operator this Christmas fly out to visit Santa.

The operator’s Lapland flights are running from six regional airports, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, London Gatwick and Newcastle.

Day trips are almost sold out, but there is still some availability, including from Birmingham on 2 December, from £674pp.

Three nights in Rovaniemi, Lapland, start from £865pp from Bristol on 10 December.

TUI UK Commercial and Business Development Director Richard Sofer said: “To be sending more people away than ever on an unforgettable trip this winter brings us such joy.

“Lapland has always been an important destination for us, and even more so because we know the memories made on a trip like that last a lifetime.”
