Paxport has launched a new post-booking solution to help agents selling flights to manage Passenger Name Records and orders.
The company said the solution represents the continued expansion of its airline distribution portfolio.
It said: “The solution will streamline the post-booking experience for travel resellers of low-cost carrier content, as well as deliver the tools that the travel industry craves to enable them to harness the benefits of NDC carrier adoption.”
Available as a modern API or an interactive agent portal, Paxport Servicing helps with all aspects of flight order management including ticketing, ancillaries and changes, according to the company.
The advanced end-to-end technology supports both low-cost carriers and NDC powered full service carriers, ‘providing a consistent and intuitive experience’, it added.
