London-based adventure travel operator Flash Pack is looking to sell through the trade.
The company, which specialises in group tours for people in their 30s and 40s, said its ideal agent partners will be ‘great team players, with a strong growth mindset and focus on unparalleled customer experience’.
In return, agents will get 12% commission, access to Flash Pack experts for client queries and early updates on product launches and promotions.
Head of Sales Ike Offor said: “Flash Pack has always been a direct-to-consumer brand so our new travel agent scheme represents a significant shift – for the first time, we’ll be looking to partner with other sole traders and small businesses in the industry.
“We believe that, with travel set to bounce back in a huge way into 2024, the timing is right for this evolution.
“We want to be ready for the spike ahead and we’re confident that we can draw on the talent of agents around the world, who believe in our vision of people-powered adventures, to help meet our ambitious growth targets.”
