Trailfinders, Jet2.com and Marriott are among the top 50 companies to work for in the UK, according to their own employees.
They were the only travel companies listed in the Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2022 Employees’ Choice Awards.
Trailfinders came in at number 35, with 4.3 out of five stars, Marriott was number 45 with a 4.2-star rating, and Jet2.com was in 43rd place with 4.2 stars.
Glassdoor said companies from all industries were ranked entirely on feedback from employees.
One Trailfinders’ employee said it offered: “Excellent career opportunities within a secure compay who invest in training to ensure each team member can achieve their goals.”
Jet2.com made it onto the top 50 Best Places to Work list for the first time this year. One member of staff said of the company: “Cares about individuals, great pay & commission structure, very considerate in COVID times to staff.”
The number one place to work, according to the Glassdoor survey, was software provider ServiceNow, with a score of 4.6 out of five.
