Escorted tours specialist Tauck has reappointed Tom Dumbrell as National Account Manager for UK and Ireland.

Tom first joined Tauck in January 2020 but was made redundant four months later during the first COVID lockdown.

Tom said: “I’m delighted to be back. I look forward to connecting with those with existing Tauck business.

“For everyone else, I hope we will meet in the coming months and discuss opportunities to work together, whether with our land tours, family journeys, river or small-ship cruises.

“Tauck is a family-owned company with nearly 100 years of experience and journeys across seven continents in 100 different destinations, offering unique, exclusive access and closer connections.”

During his redundancy, Tom found time to write a series of books, titled the Pillars of Peace Trilogy.

He added: “My books were my lockdown project that got a bit out of control. I finished my trilogy in June.”
