Disabled-friendly specialist travel company Limitless Travel has secured £800,000 to expand its business.

The money has come from backers including entrepreneur Nigel Wray, who has previously invested in Domino’s Pizza and Saracens Rugby.

The money will go on expanding Limitless Travel’s product range, as well as launching into the US market and launching online booking.

CEO Angus Drummond said: “After the difficulties caused by the COVID pandemic over the past two years, Limitless Travel is in a stronger position than ever, and we’re now able to provide a range of global destinations to our customers.

“We are due to launch an online booking service shortly and are beginning our expansion into the US. We are on the path of achieving our vision of creating the world’s most accessible travel company for disabled people.”

So far this year 2022, Limitless Travel has unveiled three cruise trips for 2022 to the Norwegian Fjords, Portugal and Spain, as well as the Mediterranean.

In addition, a raft of new destinations has been added to Limitless Travel’s holiday offering including long-haul trips such as a South African safari, the Caribbean and Thailand.
