Visit Malta has confirmed 50 agents have been invited on its second-ever Malta Academy fam trip in April 2023.
During the three-day trip, running from 21 to 24 April, the agents from the UK and Ireland can explore Malta and Gozo and sample experiences and activities, including gastronomy and adventure.
The invited agents will stay at the Hilton Malta in St Julian’s, Malta.
To be considered for a fam trip place, agents had to complete a series of training courses on its training hub.
Visit Malta UK and Ireland Director Tolene Van Der Merwe said: “Travel agents are hugely important to us and supporting them in understanding what Malta has to offer as well as being able to connect with them on our slice of paradise is a real joy and something the whole team is looking forward to.”
She added: “This year is an exciting year for Malta as we prepare to host Euro Pride in September and Isle of MTV in July, so we are hopeful for another successful year in a favoured destination with travel agents and UK holidaymakers.”
