Ryanair has opened nine new summer UK routes in response to the UK Government halving Air Passenger Duty on domestic travel.
Five routes have been added for summer 2023 from Belfast, to Cardiff, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Manchester and Stansted.
Three new routes have been added from Edinburgh, to Bournemouth, Newquay and Stansted.
A Newquay-Stansted service has also been launched for summer 2023.
In total, the new routes account for 74 weekly flights, representing a 95% growth on Ryanair’s UK domestic schedule compared to last summer.
New APD rates for domestic travel come into force on 1 April.
