Royal Caribbean says it is monitoring events in Ukraine and planning alternatives to the Russian city of St Petersburg for its seven-night Scandinavia & Russia cruise.
In a statement, it said the safety of its guests and crew are its top priority.
The cruise line added: “With the recent events, it is increasingly uncertain if we can visit St. Petersburg, Russia, as scheduled.
“We have planned for alternative ports and will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks.
“Our guests and travel advisors will be the first to learn of any updates we need to make to keep everyone safe.”
The first departure of RCCL’s 2022 Scandinavia & Russia cruise is in May
It added that guests can reschedule their cruise with its Cruise with Confidence programme.
Other cruise lines including Norwegian and Saga have already dropped St Petersburg from their itineraries.
