Riviera Travel has appointed Robin Shaw as Chief Operating Officer after working with the cruise line in a consultancy capacity since August.
Reporting into CEO Phil Hullah, he will be responsible for product development, commercial and operations.
Prior to joining the Burton-on-Trent based river cruise and escorted tour specialist, Mr Shaw was CEO at Saga Travel.
Previously he has held senior roles at Royal Caribbean, Avis Europe and Pepsico.
