Riviera Travel will add two new ships to its river fleet next spring.

The 178-guest Riviera Radiance will launch in March and 114-guest Riviera Rose in April.

Riviera Radiance will have three full decks plus a sun deck and three dining venues including a new restaurant called Mosaic.

The Grand Suites, at 32sqm, are the largest ever offered by the operator, and will feature a separate lounge area and balcony with seating.

Other facilities include a swimming pool, spa, wellness area and the Riverview Kitchen, complete with an open kitchen.

Riviera Rose will offer 57 cabins across three decks, including four Balcony Suites with outside seating. The standard cabins will also feature French balconies with sliding doors and an indoor seating area.

Other facilities include a restaurant, bar and lounge, as well as a fitness room and sun deck with a swimming pool.

More information regarding itineraries will be revealed shortly. Radiance and Riviera Rose will be available to book from 29 February.

Riviera Travel Chief Executive Phil Hullah said: “The introduction of these beautiful ships marks a key chapter in the Riviera story, as we proudly showcase our name on the bow of the vessels and accelerate our growth plans.

“Our fleet enhancement plans are particularly pertinent, as we celebrate our 40th anniversary next month.

“Both Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose will deliver an exceptional guest experience, with new public spaces, dining experiences, and our largest-ever suites on Radiance. We are confident that guests will love the new additions and cannot wait for them to join us onboard.”
