The Personal Travel Consultants has welcomed six new homeworkers, bringing the total number of self-employed agents to 33, a year after the brand was launched.
The new recruits, all experienced travel agents, include Kerry Jones, (pictured above, centre), from Stoke, who has worked in travel since leaving school and who has moved into homeworking after being made redundant from Your Co-op Travel.
Nicola Szymanowski (pictured above, right), from Bury, joins the Personal Travel Consultants with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
She said: “After the pandemic I found, like many, that I’d fallen out of love with travel.
“Since joining The Personal Travel Consultants, I have got the travel bug back and realise now how much I missed this industry.”
Former teacher Rebecca Bagnoli, from Sheffield (pictured above, left) joined the industry just before the pandemic hit and then moved into homeworking.
Personal Travel Consultants, the homeworking arm of Blue Bay Travel, is holding more induction days this month and in 2023.
