Homeworking group The Personal Travel Agents unveiled new technology initiatives for its members at its conference last week.

It says its new Business Insights Dashboard will make it easier for agents to analyse sales and see departures month by month.

The group also announced refreshed individual, mobile-responsive websites for the PTAs, ‘with a look that leans towards quality and luxury’.

Additionally, a new function on the PTA brand website will allow new customers to find their local agent.

A charity raffle at the conference, attended by more than 120 agents, raised £460 for Reubens Retreat, ABTA Lifeline and Go Beyond.

‘Hero Awards’ were handed out to Jet2Holidays, Business Development Manager Claire Whilloughby, and Suzanne Wren, one of the first agents to join as a PTA in 2012, among others.
