Premier Travel has promoted Steve Cox to the role of Director, 32 years after he joined the company as a Trainee Travel Consultant.

During his career, Steve has also been Branch Manager of the agency’s Huntingdon shop, then Regional Manager in 2013. Five years later, he was promoted to Sales Manager and, at the beginning of 2023, he took on the role of Head of Retail Sales.

He starts his new role on 1 October.

Managing Director Paul Waters said: “Steve’s passion for Premier Travel and the travel industry as a whole is truly inspiring.

“Over his 32-year tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to our company’s values and mission. His extensive experience, combined with his unwavering enthusiasm, has made a significant impact on our growth and success.”

Premier Travel has 27 branches in the east and south east of England.
