Portugal is now accepting the NHS COVID Pass as proof of vaccination, meaning double-jabbed Brits don’t have to show a negative test to enter the destination.
The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office has updated its advice to say Portugal now accepts the NHS COVID Pass or an EU digital COVID vaccination certificate showing visitors have been fully vaccinated with an EU approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before travel.
An EU COVID recovery certificate showing visitors have recovered from COVID-19 no less than 11 days and no more than 180 days of travel is also accepted.
