Line P&O Cruises has apologised to agents for technical issues with its booking system.

Some agents have been struggling to access Complete Cruise Solutions (CCS) for several days.

CCS is the portal travel agents use to access the booking system for Cunard and P&O Cruises.

In a statement, P&O Cruises said: “We are aware of technical issues affecting some agents and they will be resolved asap.”

It later added: “We apologise to those affected and we are looking into the issues to resolve as soon as possible.”

Agents told Travel Gossip the site had been ‘playing up’ since the start of the week.

Access problems appear to be intermittent, with some agents not able to get onto the site at all and others saying they are occasionally able to access it using their browser’s incognito mode. Others have said clearing their cookies helps.

P&O Cruises declined to detail the cause of the technical issue.
