Icelandic budget carrier PLAY has launched flights between Iceland and Glasgow.
The first flight to Reykjavik, will take off on 26 May, 2023, with services scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Onward connections to New York, Boston, Baltimore/ Washington, Washington Dulles are available, with Toronto flights starting from June.
Fares between Glasgow and Reykjavik start at £69 one way, with flights to North America leading in at £169.
PLAY will offer four flights in the summer and three flights in the autumn.
The airline will operate a 180-seat Airbus A320neo on the new route, with a flight time of two hours and 25 minutes.
