Advantage Travel Partnership has signed up 250 delegates to its conference, but says at least 100 places are still available.
The agency group is encouraging members and partners to ‘reject that Zoom call, close their laptops and join us live and in person’, said CEO Julia Lo Bue-Said.
The conference takes place at the five-star Savoy Palace Hotel, Madeira, from 29 April to 2 May.
Ms Bue-Said said: “This year’s event promises to be a truly memorable event for many reasons. Not least because it will have been three years since our last overseas conference and therefore a great opportunity for us to reflect and move forward, to reconnect and inspire.
“Madeira is a new destination for us as a conference destination. We can’t wait to welcome our members for what we believe will be a very special event.”
Advantage Leisure Director Kelly Cookes added: “We have had a really positive response from both our leisure and global business travel members, and already have over 250 delegates registered. “Members are telling us that they are really looking forward to having the opportunity to catch up with fellow-members and industry partners after the torrid events of the last few years.
“We spend a great deal of time planning for our conferences, making sure that the-end-to-end experience for our members is a completely enriching and rewarding experience for them and this year is no exception. Madeira 2022 is sure to be one of our best conferences ever.”
Details of sessions and speakers will be announced in the next few weeks.
