Malta Tourism Authority Trade Trainer Peter Green has joined specialist operator Inside Travel Group as Business Development Manager.

Peter said he is ‘looking forward to getting stuck in and being back on the road’ to keep agents up-to-date on the operator’s brands InsideAsia and InsideJapan.

His move to Inside Travel Group follows the operator’s appointment earlier this year of Senior Japan Tailormade Product Manager Kate Samuel and Head of InsideAsia Sue Livsey. He joins Inside Travel’s specialist BDM Holly Brown, and will report to Head of Trade Gabo Quiros.

Gabo said: “This is yet another important addition to the trade team at Inside Travel as we look to grow our presence amongst the trade and better service our agent partners. There is no shortage of demand for training and Peter will help us do that.”

Peter spent three years at Malta Tourism Authority and before that worked at Arena Travel, Thomas Cook and Flight Centre.

Peter said: “I am looking forward to working for an award-winning, B Corp company as well as getting back on the road to visit friends, old and new, to help them make the most out of what I believe is the best at what it does for Japan, Korea and across Asia.

“I am so privileged to have worked for Visit Malta and have learnt so much from my time with them, said Green. 

“I cannot wait to use that experience to help promote these very different destinations, help agents sell what is the best product of its kind on the market and help Inside Travel achieve its ambitious targets”.

Inside Travel Group co-founder Simon King said the company wants to double the size of its business by 2026.
