Pacific Asia Travel Association is to offer agents more training events this winter, including a new online format.

Starting on 31 October, it will offer a series of three online virtual FAM trips that provide a narrated tour of a  variety of hotels, such as Dusit Thani Singapore, Outrigger Thailand, Alila Maldives, and attractions including Sydney Opera House.

The virtual sessions will be held from 11am on 31 October, 1 November and 2 November.

PATA will also meet agents in person at three roadshow events in London, on 23 November, Dublin on 29 November and Belfast on 30 November.

Each roadshow will include a speed-networking event where agents will meet with at least 10 suppliers from across the PATA region in 10-minute appointments.

The evenings will include food, drinks, networking and some prizes including a three-night stay in the Maldives and two trips to Thailand.
