PATA UK & Ireland is to tour the north of the UK next month with two new training roadshows.

The events will focus on luxury hotels, resorts and product.

Sponsored by Travel Uni, the roadshows will give travel agents the chance to meet and train with PATA’selection of luxury hotels, tourist boards and tour operators via a series of speed-training sessions.

There will also be time for networking and further contracting discussions.

Both roadshows are aimed at product managers and frontline sales staff who want to connect with existing partners, as well as learn more about new premium destinations and products, said PATA,

The two evening events take place on 15 March in Manchester and 16 March in Glasgow.

Complimentary Pacific Asian-inspired food and drinks will be served throughout the evenings and PATA will also be giving away 13 prizes, from luxury hotel nights to a champagne afternoon tea in London and Vietnamese cookery classes.
