Not Just Travel is investing another £1 million in recruitment as it looks to expand ‘across all areas’.
New roles are being created in operations, marketing, trade, cruise, training and business development.
Since the beginning of 2022, the company said it had invested £2.4 million into team expansion.
Earlier this year, NJT recruited former Dawson and Sanderson Managing Director Chris Harrison as Chief Commercial Officer and ex-Kuoni boss Derek Jones joined as a Non-Executive Director.
The company said it was also restructuring its team to improve the experience it offered customers.
Operations staff will become Experience Managers to ensure that the booking process is far more focused on customer experience, NJT said.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: “We’ve doubled in size in the last twelve months in both sales and headcount.
“We plan to double our sales again, but for our next phase we don’t need to double our headcount again, we just need to expand our formidable team of ‘A-players’.”
He added: “We’re restructuring the business with new departments being created – some recruiting people from within and some new. Customer experience is the key focus for us now as we centre on managing magical experiences for our valued clients.”
Steve said the company needed to ‘keep up our pace of staff recruitment to ensure we continue to offer the best training, mentorship and support’.
“We are expanding in all directions, across all areas,” he added.
