Not Just Travel (NJT) has created a Circle of Excellence cruise club to provide its top cruise sellers with support and training.

Initially, 15 agents – the top 5% – will join the club. They will benefit from coaching and mentoring from personal development experts, marketing professionals and social media ‘gurus’.

Senior Cruise Business Development Manager Duncan Croucher, who is leading the group, said: “This is a bespoke community that will accelerate our members’ businesses.

“We are giving personalised coaching and mentoring to our top performers, designed to help those already achieving great sales achieve even more and even quicker.

“These aren’t your typical training sessions. We are providing full support and development from some of the top people in the industry or the sector.

“With our continued multi-million pound investment in recruitment, we will expand our mentorship team to match the pace of the expansion.”

Duncan added that the group of NJT agents would rapidly get bigger ‘as our consultants quickly become more expert in selling cruise’.

 “Our aim is to help develop a culture of continued and never-ending improvement,” he said.

“Our consultants are self-employed and, for the majority of them, this is their first time as an entrepreneur, so this programme delivers much-needed support.”

NJT is currently hosting agents on its second Seminar at Sea event on Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady.

Co-Founder Steve Witt said: “The needs of someone just getting started with cruise are very different to those of our top performers.

“That is why we are segmenting our members to offer different marketing requirements tailored to their business needs – and so much more.”
