Norse Atlantic Airways has revealed full details of its summer schedule, with the addition of four more popular US cities from London.
It already operates a daily service from Gatwick to New York and recently announced the launch of services from Gatwick to Orlando and Miami.
Today it has added four more routes, giving it more US destinations from the London airport than any other airline.
The new routes announced today are Washington DC, starting on 1 June, Los Angeles, starting on 30 June, San Francisco from 1 July, and Boston, starting on 2 September.
Los Angeles will be the most frequent service, with daily flights starting from £430 return.
Its Washington service will operate up to six times a week, with fares also from £430 return.
San Francisco will be three times a week, with fares from £410, and Boston will be five times a week, from £370.
“The Norse team are disruptors. We look forward to making our unbeatable product available to even more customers this summer, as we build the industry’s first successful low-cost long-haul airline,” said CEO Bjorn Tore Larsen.
“We have made a significant investment in our UK airline, based at Gatwick Airport, and now employ over 370 colleagues at our London base. I am very pleased that we are fulfilling our pledge to create competition in the transatlantic market that will benefit consumers, stimulate business travel and lead to job creation on both sides of the Atlantic.”
Norse operates Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft with economy and premium economy cabins and Light, Classic and Plus fares.
